• Participant set-up will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at all locations except Maple Grove Raceway, where set-up begins Thursday at 10:00 am.
• Each participant ticket admits one person and one vehicle and entitles the participant to 10’ x 20’ space on a first-come, first-served basis in the designated Swap Meet and Car Corral areas.
• Frontage is 10 feet; depth is 20 feet. Please confine your parts or vehicle for sale within your space. If during set-up it is determined that more space is needed, additional tickets may be purchased at the gate.
• Entry Fee $45.00
• Please note: Additional vehicles parking in the pits is $30. (Need to purchase vehicle decal.) Parking is in designated area.
• Please show your ticket to the Swap Meet/Car Corral director to received your space.

Swap Meet Participants:are requested to observe the following regulations:

1. No wearing apparel or posters
2. Used items only (No new merchandise)-Inquiries about selling new merchandise should be directed to Greg Baumer, National Sales Director, at 1-800-692-6230, Ext. #19 Mon-Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. “New & Used” not available; vendors selling any new merchandise must purchase Midway space.
3. No remanufactured products
4. No “new old stock”
5. No repackaged new merchandise
6. No obsolete OEM parts unless used

NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, no motorized vehicles (including three- or four-wheelers, pit bikes, and/or golf carts) or bicycles permitted in the TREMEC Car Show or Performance and Restoration Marketplace Midway areas except for track or show support vehicles. Race Car support vehicles may move about the pits if on official race business (fuel/water runs, etc.) or when towing a race vehicle. Drivers must be at least 16 with valid driver’s license. No overloading of vehicles with passengers (in most cases, one permitted). Reckless driving or driving while intoxicated will not be tolerated. Violators found operating said vehicles in any unsafe manner whatsoever by show, host track, or law enforcement officials will be asked to leave the show.
